Job Summary
Drive product delivery by translating business needs into actionable solutions, facilitating discovery workshops, and prioritizing work through trade-off analysis. Serve as the primary liaison between government sponsors, business owners, and delivery teams to secure client acceptance and navigate challenging client situations. Lead product and training rollouts, develop tools to streamline processes, and monitor progress against the product roadmap to ensure project success. This role requires a government security clearance and 4+ years of Agile experience. Steampunk, a change agent in federal contracting, applies a human-centered delivery methodology to solve tough mission challenges across Homeland, Civilian, Health, and DoD sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
- 4+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience collaborating with business and product owners to translate needs into actionable plans
- Strong ability to document requirements in the form of roadmaps, release plans, epics, features, and user stories
- Proficiency in Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and lead enterprise software deployments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies
- Understanding of DevSecOps concepts and practical implementation experience
- Experience working with design systems and automated testing tools
