Job Summary
Serve as the Product Owner, ensuring successful team deliverables, quality oversight, and client acceptance. Translate business needs into actionable solutions by facilitating discovery workshops, prioritizing work, and guiding solution development. Navigate challenging client situations with technical and business guidance to executives. Lead product and training rollouts to enhance application adoption, while developing tools to streamline processes and improve key metrics. Act as the primary liaison between government sponsors, business owners, and delivery teams. Monitor progress against the product roadmap to ensure project and program success. Maintain security clearance eligibility and document requirements in roadmaps, epics, and user stories using Agile Lifecycle Management tools.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
- 4+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience collaborating with business and product owners to translate needs into actionable plans
- Strong ability to document requirements in the form of roadmaps, release plans, epics, features, and user stories
- Proficiency in Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and lead enterprise software deployments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies
- Understanding of DevSecOps concepts and practical implementation experience
- Experience working with design systems and automated testing tools
- Passion for building and fostering high-performing teams and driving the government mission forward
