Product Owner Sr

Owns the vision and definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the Customer. Ensures the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value. Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) to address client requirements for a successful product. Drives creation and integrity of the product backlog; leads backlog grooming and prioritization; ensures Scrum Masters and development teams stay focused on the right priorities during development. Acts as primary point of contact for questions from the team and is empowered to make decisions. Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Team and communicates business value and outcomes to stakeholders. Collaborates with Fraud and Risk teams, monitors Neustar tools, and applies analytics to improve customer access across mobile devices. Strong emphasis on agile practices, stakeholder management, and delivering customer-focused solutions. Based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH in an in-office capacity; no visa sponsorship provided.
