Job Summary
Lead product discovery efforts by identifying, shaping, and validating problems and opportunities before development begins. Translate business needs into clear product definitions, scope, priorities, and delivery strategy while managing the end-to-end product lifecycle. Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams to define hypotheses and validate them through research, data, and experimentation. Own the product backlog, write structured user stories, and facilitate agile ceremonies to ensure alignment and team effectiveness. Validate deliverables to ensure outcomes meet business and user expectations while adapting to changing priorities and evolving environments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience participating in or leading product discovery processes (user research, problem definition, validation, etc.)
- Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Background in application development projects (web and/or mobile)
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
- Ability to translate business needs into structured, actionable requirements
- Experience collaborating with technical and design teams
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively in dynamic environments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with multiple clients or projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar
- Knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design practices
