Product Owner - Software Integrations

Job Summary
Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business objectives, and product strategy. Partner with stakeholders and the Product Manager to define and refine product requirements, serving as a strong advocate for the customer throughout the development process. Create and refine user stories, communicate priorities, and collaborate closely with Engineering and Quality Assurance to ensure solutions address the right customer problems. Support product and release planning across cross-functional teams while developing customer personas and maintaining clear product documentation. This role requires approximately 5% travel, which may occasionally include overnight or weekend travel.
Required Qualifications

- Strong analytical, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to learn internal software, systems, and complex business processes
- Experience managing priorities, delegating work when appropriate, and driving work toward scheduled completion
- Experience with third-party integrations and/or vendor management
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
- 8+ years of experience in product ownership, business analytics, and/or project management
- Equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms preferred
- Experience with flowcharting and diagramming tools preferred
- Knowledge of SQL is a significant plus
- Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or similar technologies is highly preferred
