Job Summary
Product Owner for Integrations & Platforms overseeing Boomi connectors, APIs, and mission-critical ITIL-aligned domains (HR, Finance, etc.). Responsible for user research, translating insights into clear PRDs and backlog items, guiding Scrum ceremonies, maintaining a transparent backlog, and partnering with technical teams to deliver data-driven product decisions. Responsibilities include user discovery, backlog management, stakeholder liaison, UAT coordination, and ensuring high-quality product documentation (PRDs) while leveraging Agile Scrum practices. Requires collaboration, strategic thinking, adaptability under deadline pressure, and a strong focus on customer needs and measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- 3+ years of Product Ownership experience (or equivalent)
- Experience with Agile Scrum development methodologies
- Ability to create world-class requirements documentation (agile stories, PRDs, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to translate user insights into actionable product requirements
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to develop feasible product solutions
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable with low/no-code platforms
- Familiarity with REST API protocols
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITIL platform
- Familiarity with Boomi or similar integration platform as a service
- Natural empathy for customers and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to lead without authority
