Job Summary
Product Owner for ServiceNow at Cordova. Responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring the ServiceNow platform meets business stakeholder needs, and driving the development of new features, enhancements, and ITSM/ITOM solutions. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver business value, leverages Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and prioritizes work with data-driven decisions. Requires strong communication, analytical capabilities, and experience with ITIL-aligned IT service management processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership or business analysis
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its applications
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with IT service management processes (incident, problem, change management)
