Job Summary
Define product vision, manage priorities, and support delivery of product initiatives. Conduct service design activities to identify user needs, business challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Facilitate customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, and workflow definition sessions. Gather, analyze, and translate business and user requirements into clear product requirements and actionable deliverables. Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, user impact, and project objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, designers, developers, and operational teams. Ensure alignment between stakeholders through effective communication, workshops, and decision-making processes. Define and optimize operational workflows to improve service efficiency and user experience. Document processes, requirements, user journeys, and service design outputs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in product ownership, service design, UX design, business analysis, or related roles
- Proven experience managing product requirements, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment
- Strong understanding of service design methodologies, customer journey mapping, and user-centered design principles
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery teams
- Ability to translate complex business needs into structured solutions and clear product requirements
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
