Job Summary
Product Owner responsible for owning the product backlog, defining user stories, and prioritizing features in collaboration with engineering to deliver customer-focused SaaS solutions. Will drive agile processes, plan releases, run beta/pilot programs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, customer success) to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs. Requires 4+ years in product development with 2-5 years as a product owner, experience in B2B SaaS, strong analysis and stakeholder management, and fluent English. Work is hybrid from the Madrid office; salary €45,000-€50,000 with a quarterly commission plan; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and authorization to work in Spain are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, software, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in product development (product management, software engineer, program manager, product design, etc.)
- 2-5 years of experience as a product owner
- Experience building and managing SaaS offerings in a B2B setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, strategic mindset
- Fluent English essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willing to work with people from various nationalities, countries, time zones and locations
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that supports East Coast USA working hours
