Job Summary
Own the product backlog by writing detailed user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing requirements based on client urgency. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-Ups, Grooming Sessions, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives to ensure team alignment and sprint readiness. Collaborate with the development, QA, and L&D teams to translate business needs into actionable development work while tracking capacity and mitigating risks. Support deployment and release planning in collaboration with technical leads. This role bridges business needs and technical execution within the full product lifecycle of branded applications and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 6+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Scrum Master role within an Agile/Scrum environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated experience owning and delivering software products in a demanding, fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated experience writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for software development teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)
- Proficient in Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting
- Strong facilitation skills with experience running Scrum ceremonies effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating with US-based stakeholders and leadership
- Strong understanding of business needs and the ability to translate them into clear, actionable product requirements
- Proven experience working in agile development environments
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing clients and technical demands
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend next steps
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Collaborative mindset with experience working in matrixed organizations
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to perform well under pressure
- Self-starter with strong follow-through and a professional, team-oriented attitude

Desired Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Scaled Agile
- SharePoint experience
- Experience working in a distributed, cross-cultural team environment
- Experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Scrum Master role within an Agile/Scrum environment (alternative to required 3-6 years phrasing in context of 'preferred' certifications)
