Job Summary
Own roadmap and backlog for a defined portfolio of enterprise SaaS applications; drive automation and governance to balance compliance with business productivity. Serve as the technical administrator for approved SaaS platforms, configuring SSO/MFA, least-privilege access, and automated user lifecycle. Manage SaaS financials and lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, maintaining a clean inventory and guiding license optimization. Collaborate with Security, Identity, Procurement, Finance, and Enterprise Architects to ensure secure onboarding, auditable access, and efficient operations; leverage AI and APIs to reduce manual work and improve decision-making. Requires 3+ years in SaaS administration/ITAM, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with licensing models, security configurations, and governance; experience with SOX/ITGC and procurement ITAM tooling preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS application administration or IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- 3+ years of experience configuring, securing, and integrating SaaS applications in an enterprise environment (SSO, API connections, admin console management)
- Strong understanding of software licensing models (named, concurrent, consumption, enterprise agreements)
- Ability to maintain accurate configuration and inventory data across multiple platforms and identify discrepancies via data analysis
- Demonstrated initiative in adopting emerging technologies, including AI and automation tooling
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience building dashboards/reports (Excel/BI tools) and communicating results to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with ITAM/SAM/procurement tooling (CMDB or application inventory platforms)
- Experience with SSO technologies (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and identity platforms (Entra ID/Azure AD)
- Knowledge of service principals, API permissions, and Graph-style access models
- Hands-on security configurations for SaaS and vendor admin consoles
- Understanding of SOX/ITGC or access review processes
- ITAM/SAM/procurement certifications (IAITAM, ITIL) or similar
- Experience automating workflows using scripting, APIs, Power Platform, or similar tools
- Experience building governance and cost-optimization processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
