Job Summary
Manage the product lifecycle from planning through development, launch, and ongoing enhancements by driving release planning and maintaining a product backlog. Define solutions for validated market problems through detailed requirements, user stories, and problem statements derived from dealer and finance source visits. Coordinate with development, legal, and security teams to groom backlog items, ensure acceptance criteria are met, and facilitate regular product updates. Act as subject-matter expert for functional areas while providing input into the long-term product roadmap and supporting sales efforts with presentations. Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all responsibilities. Occasional travel to customer sites in North America (10%) required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a software product owner
- Willingness to travel - This position requires occasional travel to customer sites in North America (10%)
Desired Qualifications
- Computer Science or Engineering degree or work experience a plus
- Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Product Owner certification a plus
- Sales and Marketing experience, specifically focused on new Product Development
- Pragmatic Marketing certification a plus
