Job Summary
Define and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements for high-quality, business-critical features within an agile development team. Manage the team backlog, refine program backlogs, and draft objectives for each Program Increment while establishing user stories and acceptance criteria. Validate completed stories with clients, partners, and customers, and support teams with story estimation and sequencing. Facilitate sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions to ensure continuous delivery of value. Work on-site at least three days a week. Requires experience in medical device or imaging technology, specifically CT scanner systems, and proficiency with state-of-the-art AI tools.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Ideally in the medical device or imaging technology industry
- Strong technical background (e.g. Technical Product Manager or Engineer)
- In-depth knowledge of CT scanner systems and components, including X-ray tubes and cooling units
- Experience working with agile methodologies, continuous improvement, lean processes, and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in strategic product lifecycle management, including driving cost savings and business value
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, international environment
- Experience abroad
- Fluent in English
- German language skills
- Experience with state-of-the-art AI tools
- On-site at least 3 days a week
