Job Summary
Conduct customer-facing product development within an agile team by defining, prioritizing, and validating functional and non-functional requirements for CT scanner systems. Manage the team backlog through PI planning, sprint refinement, and story estimation while establishing acceptance criteria and sequencing user stories. Translate program vision into team objectives, ensuring solutions are validated with clients and partners. Maintain flow by reviewing requirements, identifying system gaps, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Requires experience with agile methodologies, AI tools, and medical device imaging technology. On-site presence of at least three days per week is required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Ideally in the medical device or imaging technology industry
- Strong technical background (e.g. Technical Product Manager or Engineer)
- In-depth knowledge of CT scanner systems and components, including X-ray tubes and cooling units
- Experience working with agile methodologies, continuous improvement, lean processes, and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in strategic product lifecycle management, including driving cost savings and business value
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, international environment
- Experience abroad
- Fluent in English
- German language skills
- Experience with state-of-the-art AI tools
- On-site at least 3 days a week
