Job Summary
Product Owner PL/SR with responsibility to lead requirements elicitation with business areas, translate business needs into functional specs and user stories, prioritize the backlog, and act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams. Supports scope, objectives and success criteria, oversees lifecycle of digital transformation initiatives, and drives decision-making to remove impediments. Seeks collaboration across data/BI/IA/ERP/CRM projects, leveraging agile methodologies and strong communication to deliver aligned solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Experiência prévia como Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager ou funções correlatas
- Forte capacidade de levantamento e documentação de requisitos de negócio
- Experiência na interação com usuários e stakeholders de diferentes níveis organizacionais
- Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis e gestão de backlog
- Capacidade de analisar problemas de negócio e direcionar soluções tecnológicas adequadas
- Excelente comunicação, organização e habilidade de relacionamento interpessoal
