Job Summary
Collect and analyze business requirements to translate them into clear product documentation, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and development-ready Jira tickets. Manage the product backlog, prepare requirements for sprint planning, identify dependencies and edge cases, and support feature discovery while coordinating stakeholder feedback. Work closely with design, engineering, QA, and delivery teams to clarify scope, define priorities, validate delivered features, and ensure product development aligns with business goals. Take ownership of product clarity, requirement quality, and business value while collaborating with the Tech Lead on technical feasibility and the Delivery Manager on planning and predictable delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in iGaming, Online Casino & Sports Betting
- Several years of experience leading product requirements, product management, working with software development teams
- Strong experience working with Jira or similar project management tools, including backlog management, epic and user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, refinement preparation and sprint planning support
- Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborating directly with backend, frontend, QA, design, DevOps and delivery teams
- English: Fluent (C1-C2)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with licensed or regulated iGaming markets
- Understanding of standard industry practices related to player protection, responsible gambling, KYC/AML, fraud prevention, bonus abuse prevention, payment compliance and auditability
- Knowledge of how online casino and sportsbook products operate across different jurisdictions, including regulatory requirements, reporting obligations, player limits, self-exclusion, verification flows and compliance-driven product constraints
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms
