Job Summary
Senior Product Owner for Majesco Claims leading the Next Generation of P&C insurance claims technology. Own and prioritize the Majesco Claims product backlog, define epics/features/user stories with acceptance criteria, guide scalable AI-enabled workflows across FNOL, intake, verification, automation, fraud, payments, vendor management, salvage, subrogation, arbitration, and catastrophe management. Partner with engineering, QA, implementation, and customer stakeholders to deliver capabilities that improve claims efficiency, automation, and customer outcomes; drive adoption through release communications and stakeholder enablement. Champion an AI-first product strategy to automate workflows, improve decision-making, and enhance adjuster productivity, while contributing to roadmap planning, release management, and product reviews. Strong experience in insurance technology, claims operations, and agile delivery is required to succeed; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management within insurance technology
- Deep expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) claims operations and claims system workflows
- Hands-on experience at a P&C insurer or a claims software/insurance tech vendor (or both)
- Strong understanding of FNOL, claims lifecycle, coverage verification, payments, fraud management, vendor management, salvage, subrogation, litigation, and catastrophe response
- Experience translating complex operational requirements into product roadmaps and delivery outcomes
- Proven success in Agile software development environments
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Technology, CS, or related discipline preferred
