Job Summary
Product Owner for Majesco Billing (P&C Insurance Billing Platform) working on a remote basis in the United States. Own and prioritize the Majesco Billing product backlog, define epics/features/user stories and acceptance criteria, and translate complex insurance billing requirements into scalable solutions. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, QA, and implementation teams to deliver billing capabilities, including premium receivables, cash application, commissions, and payment processing. Drive AI-enabled workflow automation and ensure release readiness; support go-to-market through documentation, demos, and enablement. Requires 8+ years in Product Ownership/Management within insurance tech; deep P&C billing operations knowledge; Agile experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or Functional Leadership within insurance technology
- Deep expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance billing operations and billing system workflows
- Experience with insurance billing systems, policy administration platforms, receivables management, payment processing, commissions, cash application, or insurance core systems
- Experience translating business requirements into actionable product backlogs and delivery outcomes
- Proven success working within Agile software development environments
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred
