Job Summary
Product Owner to define the product vision, manage the product backlog, and ensure the delivery of high-value features aligned with business objectives for the STEP v2 OutSystems platform. Key responsibilities include creating, prioritizing, and refining user stories, defining acceptance criteria, acting as the primary liaison for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and development deliverables, collaborating with Solution Architects and development teams, leading sprint planning and backlog grooming, validating deliverables, ensuring timely delivery of features and incremental value, monitoring product performance, managing dependencies/risks/scope changes, and ensuring governance/compliance with organizational standards. Requires 6+ years in product management or as a Product Owner, strong Agile/Scrum experience, experience with cross-functional teams, and a Bachelor's degree. Preferred skills include experience with OutSystems or other low-code platforms, enterprise APIs/integrations, digital transformation projects, CSPO certification, and familiarity with DevOps, cloud environments, governance, security, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level digital products
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (development, UX, architecture)
- Certification(s) such as: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent (preferred)
- Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools (preferred)
