Product Owner (Multiple Levels)

Job Summary
As a Product Owner at Clario, you will translate product strategy and features into clear, testable user stories, own and prioritize the Agile team backlog, and lead requirements elaboration for complex products or cross-team initiatives. This role involves collaborating with Product Management, Architects, and Engineering to ensure alignment with the product roadmap. You should possess a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience ranging from 3+ years for mid-level roles, to 6+ years for senior levels, focusing on product requirement management in Agile environments and mentoring of other product owners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role for mid-level positions
- 6+ years of experience leading complex product or cross-team initiatives within Agile technology environments for senior-level positions
- Demonstrated experience defining and managing product requirements across the full lifecycle from concept through release
- Proven expertise in backlog ownership, prioritization, and User Story development within Scrum or SAFe frameworks
- Experience translating product strategy into executable delivery plans, with increasing scope and influence at senior levels
- Excellent English communication skills

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Application Lifecycle Management tools
- Strong proficiency in collaborating with distributed engineering teams, Architects, and cross-functional stakeholders
