Job Summary
Lead an Agile squad to deliver strategic mortgage origination initiatives focused on digitisation, automation, and process improvement. Own and prioritise the product backlog by translating business priorities into clear user stories and actionable delivery plans. Champion the voice of the customer to streamline processes, improve journeys, and reduce time-to-decision while partnering with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk. Drive continuous improvement through data-led insights and performance monitoring to ensure solutions align with ING's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role within an Agile delivery environment
- Exceptional experience managing product backlogs and leading digital transformation or process improvement initiatives
- Customer-centric mindset with a demonstrated ability to design and enhance end-to-end customer journeys
- Sound understanding of risk, compliance and regulatory requirements, ideally within financial services or lending
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared outcomes
