Job Summary
Drive collaborative usage evolution for Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive while leading AI adoption through Copilot and specialized agents within Microsoft 365. Qualify and prioritize use cases across M365 and Power Platform, directing non-core needs through the MWAI qualification process. Define, prototype, and manage the lifecycle of low-code AI agents using Copilot Studio, ensuring cost control and functional governance. Co-lead application governance and security initiatives with Cybersecurity, M365 Administrators, and the DPO regarding data labels and identity protection. Pilot Modern Workplace projects with defined scopes and facilitate adoption through guides, workshops, and a super-user network. Requires BAc+5 degree, 5–8 years in digital workplace roles, mandatory M365 expertise, and fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- Bac+5 (informatique, systèmes d'information, management digital) ou expérience équivalente
- 5 à 8 ans en Modern / Digital Workplace ou rôle fonctionnel associé
- Expérience confirmée en environnement Microsoft 365
- très bonne maîtrise de Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Outlook
- Compréhension solide de Copilot, des agents Copilot Studio et de la logique « the right tool for the right use »
- Notions Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), labels de sensibilité, policies M365, gouvernance et coût des agents
- Posture de business analyst plateforme : capter le besoin métier et l'accompagner — profil fonctionnel, non développeur
- Capacité à élaborer des prototypes fonctionnels d'agents IA (POC) en low-code
- Excellentes capacités de communication et de pédagogie
- anglais courant en contexte international
