Job Summary
Asite is seeking a Product Owner for Architects in the Middle East who will be the single point of accountability for delivering a backlog driven by architects' needs, driving structured feedback, and shaping an Architect Persona and Use-Case Playbook for Sales and Marketing. You will own backlog, delivery, and GO-LIVE readiness, capture and prioritize requirements, manage integration work (Salesforce Agentforce, 3D Repo Lite CDE templating, AI content, Intercom onboarding), and maintain a risk register. You will lead competitive intelligence, develop living personas and use-cases, and produce a narrative that differentiates the product. The role requires extensive stakeholder collaboration, structured user interviews across multiple practice sizes and geographies, and fluency in English with UK time-zone overlap and GCC-hour flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrable ownership of a SaaS launch end-to-end
- Genuine customer-discovery experience
- Competitive analysis instinct
- Fluency in agile delivery (Jira, sprint planning, backlog grooming, acceptance criteria, release management)
- Working knowledge of AI/LLM product surfaces
- English proficiency
- Willingness to flex to GCC hours
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in B2B SaaS (ConTech, PropTech, AEC software or AI-enabled platforms strongly preferred)
- Demonstrable ownership of a SaaS launch end-to-end
- Genuine customer-discovery experience: structured user interviews, synthesised findings, and shipped product changes
- Competitive analysis instinct: ability to dismantle a competitor's product and pricing
- Fluency in agile delivery: Jira or equivalent, sprint planning, backlog grooming, acceptance criteria, release management
- Working knowledge of AI/LLM product surfaces: search, summarisation, agentic workflows
- Experience with architectural practices or architects preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Time-zone overlap with UK working day and willingness to flex to GCC hours when required
