Job Summary
Product Owner for Integrity360's MDR Platforms and Online Portal. Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for the MDR platforms, translate strategic goals into actionable features, and own the product backlog in collaboration with DevOps. Drive stakeholder engagement, ensure features are tested and signed off before production, and deliver user-centric portal experiences. Work with UX/UI designers to iterate on portal features, monitor performance via KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features while applying cybersecurity domain knowledge to showcase offerings and support customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience as Product Owner or in a similar product-management role
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technology, services, and solutions
- Experience working with DevOps teams to manage development pipelines and deliver scalable, reliable solutions
- Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of Git (Gitlab and GitHub)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience designing customer portals, dashboards, and reporting tools is a plus
