Job Summary
Product Owner responsible for MDR Platforms and the Online Portal, defining the vision/roadmap, owning and prioritising the product backlog, translating requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating with Development/DevOps to ensure timely delivery and production sign-off. Will work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive portal interfaces, drive customer-centric design, monitor KPIs, and leverage cybersecurity product knowledge to showcase offerings and support customer needs. Requires strong Agile/backlog management practices, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision making to deliver high-quality features.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Product Owner/Product management
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technology, services, and solutions
- Experience working with DevOps teams to manage development pipelines
- Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of Git (Gitlab and GitHub)
- Experience delivering portal features with UX/UI designers
- Ability to translate user requirements into clear specifications and user stories
- Stakeholder engagement and effective communication skills
