Job Summary
Product Owner for MDR Platforms and the Online Portal, accountable for defining the vision and roadmap, owning and prioritising the product backlog, translating requirements into clear development guidelines, and collaborating with DevOps to ensure timely delivery. Responsible for stakeholder engagement, driving user-centric portal design, ensuring features are tested and signed off before production, monitoring performance via KPIs, and continuously improving the MDR platform to meet customer needs and deliver a world-class user experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Experience Required: 5 Years
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technology, services, and solutions
- Experience working with Development and DevOps teams to manage development pipelines
- Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to prioritise competing demands and make data-driven decisions
