Product Owner (m/w/d)

Lead the continuous development of our proprietary Lead-Matching Software by independently designing new features, translating stakeholder requirements into actionable tickets, and ensuring quality through functional testing and release management. Serve as the primary interface between IT, business units, and external partners to maintain transparent communication and drive the development process. Identify, design, and implement AI applications to enhance software solutions and internal workflows from concept to production. Manage backlog prioritization, establish regular status updates, and execute feature rollouts ranging from initial improvements to major product initiatives.
