Job Summary
Translate product ideas, requirements, and regulatory constraints into effective, user-centric solutions while prioritizing features based on value, feasibility, and quality. Act as the central link between business goals and technical execution, structuring requirements and making product decisions in close collaboration with the executive team, market, and development groups. Manage the full product lifecycle from requirement definition to daily usage, moderating agile formats and fostering self-organization within the Scrum framework. Additionally, integrate ISO 13485 standards into development processes and ensure transparent collaboration using Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung als Product Owner in der Softwareproduktentwicklung
- Tiefes Verständnis agiler Produktentwicklung nach SCRUM
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Software in regulierten Umfeldern (z. B. Medizinprodukte, Pharma, HealthTech)
- Routine im Arbeiten mit Atlassian-Tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Fähigkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Entscheidungen zu treffen und Orientierung zu geben
- Klare, strukturierte Kommunikation und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Nutzer und Markt
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise eine Scrum-Master- oder Agile-Coach-Zertifizierung
