Job Summary
Own, structure, and continuously refine the product backlog with clear priorities aligned to product strategy. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements based on clinical workflows and user needs. Work closely with engineering, UX, and architecture teams in Agile/Scrum setups to deliver high-quality increments. Ensure end-to-end delivery accountability, including validation and release readiness. Contribute to and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap within the High Acuity Care value stream. Identify opportunities in areas such as clinical decision support, real-time data integration, workflow automation, and interoperability (HL7, FHIR, openEHR). Support validation, documentation, and risk awareness in product development. Analyze market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer feedback. Mentor and support colleagues with domain expertise and product thinking.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Medicine, Healthcare, Engineering, Computer Science, or Medical Informatics OR significant clinical experience with strong IT affinity
