Job Summary
Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to engineering and design teams. Manage the product backlog and project execution alongside the Business Product Manager while coordinating with the Digital Engineering team to deliver features meeting customer needs. Close alignment with stakeholders and steer the product development cycle within SCRUM, running discovery phases, user feedback loops, and KPI monitoring. Ensure business value and maintain close alignment with management and adjacent teams. Fluent in German and English required; 5+ years managing ICT complex projects in the sales, marketing, or service sector.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or other comparable qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing ICT complex projects and/or Digital Product development for sales, marketing, service sector with good knowledge of related sales, marketing, service business processes
- Strong expertise in project management (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- Ability to prioritize complex requirements and translate them into clear stories
- Experience collaborating with multiple development, UX teams and external vendors management
- Strong communication skills, decisiveness and ownership mentality
- Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Fluent in German and English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with at least one Scaled agile framework nice to have
- Understanding technical architecture or integration landscapes is a plus
- Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, or Product Owner) is a plus
