Job Summary
Lancope is seeking a Product Owner to work within an Agile product group delivering security solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing and breaking down market problems into prioritized stories, assisting in Agile processes management, ensuring customer satisfaction through feature planning, and collaborating with development teams throughout the entire development process. This role requires strong communication skills, experience in Agile/Lean environments, and a background in product management, product ownership, or business analysis.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a product manager, product owner or business analyst designing or developing software
- Experience in leading process improvement efforts
- Experience in working in an Agile/Lean software environment
- Understanding of data modeling, object modeling, and OO design principles
- Strong understanding of capabilities and limitations of programming languages, middleware solutions, application servers and presentation layer tools
- Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates initiative and competence
