Job Summary
Product Owner for Kyriba’s agentic AI products; bridge between business stakeholders and engineering; translates strategic vision into actionable development tasks; owns the product backlog and backlog refinement; writes user stories with acceptance criteria; leads sprint-level delivery; collaborates with Product, Engineering, Release Management and Operations; ensures features meet customer needs and business outcomes; defines test scenarios and acceptance criteria; conducts UAT and validates quality; works with design to clarify requirements and create wireframes; ensures cross-functional alignment and timely delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 2(3) + years of experience acting as Product Owner, Product Manager or Business/Systems Analyst preferably in B2B SaaS products
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving mindset - able to translate complex needs into scalable solutions
- Proven ability to define clear, high-quality specifications / Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and acceptance criteria
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to ensure proper cross-functional and stakeholder alignment
- Full working proficiency in English
- Experience working with AI/ML or data products is preferred
