Job Summary
Own end-to-end KTLO backlog and sprint planning for production operations. Translate Business Owners strategies into development tasks, break epics into user stories, and prioritize sprints. Facilitate high-velocity Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups) and serve as a liaison between product and development. Lead the KTLO roadmapping aligned to quarterly goals and platform stability. Conduct deep-dive research to identify process gaps and design automation projects that reduce manual toil and maintenance debt. Manage stakeholder and risk activities including Business Readiness (BRC) and requirement-gathering to ensure go-live criteria are met.
