Job Summary

Product Owner for Journey Orchestration Transformation – CoBrand. Define a clear product vision and strategy for personalization, align with marketing goals, and own the CoBrand data roadmap. Be the voice of the marketer, translate needs into real-time decisioning and personalized experiences, and collaborate with Planning, Campaign Management, Activation, Product, Risk, Data Owners, and Technology to design and build processes across Salesforce and AI-integrated orchestration. Lead end-to-end program delivery, manage a cross-functional squad, establish problem statements and success metrics, facilitate ideation, and maintain governance and prioritization across multiple workstreams. Communicate progress through executive summaries, drive business and culture transformation, and ensure alignment across stakeholders while operating in a highly matrixed organization. Journey Orchestration focus includes data‐needs roadmap for owned/service channels, integration of planning and optimization, personalization standards and guardrails, and activation across channels.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–8+ years of related experience (marketing data and Salesforce background preferred; marketing technology, personalization, CRM, or program management helpful)
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills; able to influence and align diverse stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization
  • Track record of an analytical mindset willing to leave no stone unturned, challenging the status quo, and creating structure in ambiguous spaces to deliver consistent marketing/customer experiences at scale
  • End-to-end program delivery experience—understanding best practices, tools, and processes for complex, cross-functional initiatives, with timely execution
  • Familiarity with agile practices and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Figma, Lucid, Microsoft Teams)
  • Familiarity with enterprise journey orchestration and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce ecosystem) and experimentation frameworks; experience with AI-assisted campaign tooling and governance preferred
