Job Summary
Write high quality code, participate in code reviews, design systems of varying complexity, and create architectural documents. Engage with clients to understand technical requirements, plan solutions, and liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end results. Mentor junior members, review their code, establish quality gates, build and deploy code using CI/CD pipelines, and apply secure coding practices with unit-testing frameworks. Manage multiple tasks and priorities while communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Requires 7-9 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices within an agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7-9 years of work experience in relevant field
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university
- Software development experience using Java & Spring Boot
- Familiar with Micro Service & Event-Driven architecture
- Experience in building RESTful APIs and relational databases
- Professional experience working in an agile development environment, SCRUM or Scaled Agile framework (SAFe)
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it
- Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills
- Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Willing to work in a HYBRID environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in building RESTful APIs and relational databases
- Experience in UNIX or Shell scripting
- Having knowledge in J2EE
- Computer science background
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
