Job Summary
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and threats. Develop and maintain product requirements, user stories, and use cases. Prioritize and manage product backlog in collaboration with development teams. Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership. This Technical Lead - Product Management role at Incedo requires 7-9 years of experience and a B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech degree.
Required Qualifications
- 7-9 years of work experience in relevant field
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university
- Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies
- Ability to develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps
- Experience in market research, customer needs analysis, and competitive analysis
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it
- Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Computer science background is preferred
- Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills
