Job Summary
Own the product vision and definition while serving as the customer voice to guide Scrum Team priorities based on business value. Define and convey the vision to address client requirements, then create and maintain the integrity of the product backlog. Prioritize and lead backlog grooming, partnering with Scrum Masters to ensure items align with the backlog. Act as the primary point of contact for team questions and accept delivery of working product, then review and validate outputs. Socialize business value and iteration outcomes to various stakeholders. This role requires a university degree and 3+ years of experience in Agile Development and Scrum.
