Product Owner - Identity & Access Management - Functional Identity

Job Summary
Manage delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, and product operationalization while highlighting efficiency opportunities. Contribute to change management activities across functional partners, documenting adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Write requirements, epics, and user stories with sufficient acceptance criteria, organize work estimates to set delivery expectations, and update stakeholders on progress and mitigation strategies. Support incident escalation by directing resources and assist in process improvement through internal and partner reviews. Interact with auditors to prove the product meets regulatory controls. This role operates within the Corporate Technology Office's Access Management team, focusing on enabling continuous product value delivery and navigating complex challenges in Identity & Access Management.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
- Extensive knowledge of data analytics and data literacy coupled with strong analytical skills
- Expertise in Identity & Access Management and/or Technology Risk Management
- Experience producing product artifacts, including use cases, product requirements, user journeys, high-level wire frames, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written skills are critical, to include translating technical and complex concepts/solutions into business friendly proposals
- Proven experience with Agile development methodologies
- General knowledge of financial services concepts and products
- Solid interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders
