Job Summary
Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand business goals and translate complex needs into actionable product requirements. Define and strategically prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with high-level objectives while driving timely delivery of product features with the development team. Articulate the product vision and roadmap to internal teams and external stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries. Evaluate product performance using data-driven insights to make continuous optimization decisions and gather user feedback to iterate on the product. Lead high-impact sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings within an Agile environment, leveraging AI tools to enhance daily workflow efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in related roles (Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Designer, or Business Analyst)
- Proven experience managing mobile applications or digital products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Strong, practical understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly the Scrum framework
- Proven ability to define and ruthlessly prioritize product features based on business value and customer needs
- Highly experienced in creating detailed, airtight Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Fluent in leveraging Claude as an AI tool to drive maximum efficiency in daily workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities within fast-paced environments
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Fluent in English
