Job Summary
Product Owner for cash management/payment solutions within TD Business Central, focusing on money-movement products for Commercial and Corporate clients, including bulk payables, Bulk EMT, and embedded banking. Shape the product roadmap by assessing payment trends, client use cases, and feature opportunities to support revenue growth; represent the voice of the customer in the design of digital payment experiences and payment rails (ACH, EFT, wires, ISO 20022, host-to-host integrations); design end-to-end money movement workflows with controls and modernization of digital-first solutions; collaborate with internal stakeholders and sales to streamline processes and maintain payment file layouts; develop client- and sales-facing materials and manage vendor relationships, forecasts, and pricing requirements to optimize P&L.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Business Banking processes, products/services and clients; experience in cash management services
- Experience with payments modernization and emerging payment innovations
- Exposure to SWIFT, ISO 20022, real-time payments (RTR/Faster Payments)
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and navigate ambiguity
- Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
- Experience with agile methodologies preferred
- Strong communication skills with both business and technology stakeholders
- Ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; leverage Microsoft Copilot
