Job Summary
Own the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction across multiple platforms. Define and track KPIs including revenue impact, customer experience, operational efficiency, and adoption. Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning in collaboration with engineering teams, Scrum Masters, and delivery partners. Lead product demos and stakeholder reviews; provide executive-ready updates and roadmap presentations. Stay informed on emerging features and best practices in AI and automation to enhance outcomes; build strong relationships with stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for senior leaders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience with ownership of complex platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog management and sprint execution
- Strong communication skills to translate complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience evaluating product releases and presenting recommendations to stakeholders
- Experience working with AI and automation tools to improve outcomes
