Product Owner H/F

Product Owner in Paris (CDI) within NEXTON, leading the digital supply team for one or more WMS products in a mature Agile environment. Responsible for maximizing product value, managing and prioritizing the backlog, writing clear User Stories, collaborating with developers and designers, participating in Agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, reviews, retros, backlog refinement), ensuring quality of deliverables, prioritizing features to maximize user value, and using quantitative/qualitative data to adjust priorities. Must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, stay aligned with business objectives, and drive product evolution using UX/UI awareness and a data-driven approach. Requires BAC+5 and proven Product Owner experience in Agile/SCRUM, with significant supply/WMS domain experience; proactive, autonomous, and collaborative, with strong analytical and architectural/API understanding.
