Job Summary
The Product Owner at GT Independence will define and communicate a product vision aligned with the organization's mission. This role involves building a strategic product roadmap to enhance user experiences across various operational tasks such as enrollment, onboarding, and payroll. The candidate will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate workflows into user stories, and oversee product delivery. Key qualifications include 5+ years of experience in product management, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Agile methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience (SaaS, healthcare, payroll, or government systems strongly preferred).
- Proven success translating business processes into intuitive digital experiences.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Medicaid, HCBS, self-direction programs, or other regulated environments.
- Familiarity with EVV, payroll systems, or financial management services.
- Experience applying accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
- Exposure to compliance-driven product environments (HITRUST, CARF, state program rules).
