Job Summary
Join AG2R LA MONDIALE as a Product Owner focusing on Genesys Cloud CX. Drive transformation in customer relationships via omnichannel strategies, developing product vision, managing backlogs, and collaborating across teams. Requires 5+ years in product management and solid Genesys knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience (at least 5 years) in product management related to client relationship applications
- Experience in managing product in Agile environments
- Good knowledge of Salesforce platform and preferably Service Cloud certifications
Desired Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX
- Knowledge of voice/chat/email/bot processing flows
- Understanding of routing logic and Genesys architecture
- Experience with API/Webservices REST integrations
- Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence
- Good understanding of customer relationship challenges
