Job Summary
Senior Product Owner for TeamViewer Frontline, responsible for owning one or more features/modules from ideation to delivery, fostering agile practices, and collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Support to build a globally impactful roadmap. Translate customer feedback into clear requirements, KPIs, and backlog items; drive data-driven decisions using telemetry, surveys, and market/competitive analysis; enable efficient delivery by clarifying objectives and removing blockers; balance feasibility and innovation with engineers to deliver scalable, intuitive solutions. Requires 2+ years as a Product Owner in software, experience with SaaS/AI/B2B, familiarity with Jira/Confluence, PSPO or equivalent is a plus, and a degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Onsite onboarding at HQ, hybrid and flexible work time with up to 50% home office, and Work From Abroad program up to 40 days abroad. Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Product Owner in a software environment or in a comparable role
- Experience in SaaS, AI, B2B, logistics, field service management, communications, or authoring software is a plus
- Technical fluency: Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and contributing to technical discussions. Basic understanding of SaaS concepts; prior coding experience is a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Agile mindset: Strong understanding of agile practices and the ability to act as a value maximizer. PSPO certification (or equivalent) is a plus
- Customer focus: Strong empathy and the ability to translate feedback into actionable insights and clear priorities
- Analytical skills: Experience working with data-driven decision-making and defining/tracking product KPIs
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, with experience in international environments
- Education: Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
