Job Summary
Design product roadmaps and acceptance criteria for non-deterministic GenAI features, specifically managing agent autonomy and LLM/agentic solutions in production. Define project scope, oversee product economics, and lead cross-functional collaboration with analysts, engineers, and legal teams. This role requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience and excellent English and Polish skills. Full-time engagement with a project duration of around three months, starting ASAP, offers 100% remote, flexible work within CET hours. You will collaborate with an experienced team on challenging products across FinTech, B2B software, and e-commerce.
Required Qualifications
- Min 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with LLM/agentic solutions in production (not just PoC/demo)
- Experience with GenAI projects vision and roadmaps
- Acceptance criteria for non-deterministic features
- Designing the scope of agent autonomy
- Managing product economics
- Cross-functional collaboration with analysts, engineers, and legal
- Excellent English and Polish skills
