Job Summary
Define and document product requirements by translating high-level vision into actionable user stories aligned with business goals. Collaborate with Engineering, UX, SMEs, and clients to maintain a prioritized backlog and lead Agile development through sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Conduct user testing and validation to gather feedback, while measuring product performance via defined KPIs and metrics. Serve as the single point of contact for all product-related inquiries and facilitate continuous feedback loops to iteratively improve features. Stay informed on US healthcare industry trends to inform strategy, create comprehensive release notes, and organize stakeholder training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a healthcare technology company or related industry
- Working knowledge of the US healthcare system, primary care delivery models, alternate payment models, and regulatory requirements
- Good understanding of value-based care (VBC) models and workflows, with experience in aligning technology solutions to VBC goals
- Basic knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and their applications in healthcare to drive intelligent, data-driven insights
- Basic understanding of BI/reporting tools and ability to think through how product features translate into actionable reports and dashboards
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and best practices, with experience leading cross-functional Agile teams in the development of complex software solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels and drive consensus around product decisions and priorities
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to leverage analytical tools and metrics to measure product performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification preferred
- Basic knowledge around EHR/HIE systems and integration with these systems preferred
- Ability to write and run basic SQL queries to independently analyze and validate healthcare data preferred
