Job Summary
Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning through go-to-market, including business case development, market research, and competitive analysis. Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience to identify product gaps and drive growth, while serving as the key contact for product questions from customers, sales, or market research. Translate product strategy into feature definitions and work with the marketing department to develop communication activities and lead focus groups. Monitor project status through progress reports and staff conferences, manage escalated customer problems, and maintain vendor directories. Develop thorough documentation for enhancements and identify continuous improvement opportunities for Product Management processes.
Required Qualifications
- [X] years of relevant financial services software experience (support, etc.)
- [X] years of Financial Industry experience
- Experience working with project management software application analysis, design or implementation (knowledge of project management principles)
- Proven track record of product management accomplishments and initiatives with demonstrated success in product launches and end-to-end execution of marketing strategies
Desired Qualifications
- Consumer lending operations, credit policy, and/or mortgage banking, financial institution product management experience preferred
