Job Summary
Product Owner ERP with responsibility for shaping the ERP feature roadmap and vision across a multi-site European company. Partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories, leads sprint planning and KPI-based performance tracking, and creates/enhances ERP features within the offer-to-order lifecycle. Requires ERP experience (preferably Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 F&O), strong understanding of e-commerce workflows in retail, analytics-driven mindset, and a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field. The role supports a hybrid work model across locations in Stuttgart (DE), Budapest (HU), Milan (IT), Barcelona (ES), Warsaw (PL), and Prague (CZ). The environment emphasizes collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to shape integration and automation technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Owner or Engineer with ERP Systems, ideally Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 F&O
- Deep understanding of e-commerce workflows, especially within retail
- Proficiency with databases, networking, DevOps, and cloud environments
- Agile mindset with DevOps integration and stakeholder collaboration
- Analytical thinker with strong communication and ownership
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Bonus: Certifications in Azure/AWS, TOGAF, SAF
