Job Summary
Guide the Agile Development Team to deliver software applications by breaking down work into user stories, prioritizing the backlog, and managing dependencies across Product Management, customers, and external partners. Facilitate story creation and refinement, articulate project vision, and set Sprint goals to ensure development maximizes value aligned with firm strategy. Monitor progress, lead demonstration meetings, and sign off on completed stories while maintaining availability to address blockers. Partner with the Scrum Master and technical teams to test and deliver features, ensuring adherence to Agile processes and the INVEST model.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration or related field
- 5-7 years' experience of wealth management, technology, business analysis, project management, or related study
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Understands concepts related to relational databases
- Experience managing enterprise level Data Products
- Experience with Kanban, the Scaled Agile Framework, Agile, or Scrum processes
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to created SQL queries preferred, but not required
